To support families and children, our staff are working remotely and have access to their voice mail and email. We encourage you to contact the Centre by phoning us at 519-354-0520 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also connect directly with a clinician if you know their extension or email address. We will connect back with you. We are available to answer questions, provide information and resources, review equipment needs, provide suggestions and activities to support goals, and help in whatever way we can. Clinicians will also be phoning clients and families on their caseload to check in with them and provide help and supports. Please note, calls coming from our CTC staff and clinicians will appear on call display as blocked or a private number during this time.
Our Centre continues to accept referrals, and we are working to further expand remote access to service so we can provide more help and support for our families and clients.
